Rita joined Ansa in 2024.
Her experiences have given her a privileged overview of the sustainable finance landscape, notably on regulations, reporting standards, and ESG rating methodologies. She gained valuable experience in international corporate governance practices during the 2022 proxy season at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) in Brussels.
At Ansa, she brings this expertise to ensure that clients meet regulatory requirements, enhance transparency and accountability in their sustainability reporting, and improve ESG ratings.
She previously worked as an ESG Analyst for Thematics Asset Management, where she supported portfolio managers in integrating sustainability considerations into their investment decisions. Rita holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School. She is passionate about sustainability and actively volunteers as an animator for the Climate Fresk.
