Rita Sadocco

Rita joined Ansa in 2024.

With her experience in sustainability communication and reporting, Rita supports companies in navigating voluntary frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, as well as regulatory requirements driven by EU and local regulations like CSRD, SFDR and the French LEC. She supports both funds and corporates understand ESG rating methodologies and improve their scores across GRESB, EcoVadis and CDP assessments, between others.

At Ansa, Rita has worked with corporate clients to develop impactful ESG action plans and dashboards, ensuring alignment with evolving sustainability expectations while enhancing transparency and boosting ESG performance.

Prior to joining Ansa, she was an ESG Analyst at Thematics Asset Management, where she supported equity portfolio managers in integrating sustainability into investment decisions. She also gained insights into international corporate governance practices at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) in Brussels. Rita holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School and volunteers as an animator for the Climate Fresk.
