Marisol Oger

Marisol joined Ansa in January 2024.

During her Master’s in International Management and Sustainability at SciencesPo Paris, Marisol gained expertise in sustainable business creation, circular and functional economy principles, and change management.

At Ansa, Marisol has worked on several sustainability and impact reports for private asset managers at both corporate and fund levels, particularly within private equity branches. She has also gained experience across waste, logistics, and pharmaceuticals, through projects in value creation, due diligence, sustainability assessments, and building ESG Roadmaps.

Before joining Ansa, Marisol spent a year at a French health tech company, where she developed its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) roadmap, focusing on reducing the company’s environmental footprint. Marisol’s dedication to sustainability has also led her to become a facilitator for Climate Fresk.
