Jasmine Ruscica

Jasmine joined Ansa in 2025.
She brings international experience in sustainable finance, supporting corporates and funds to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes and disclosures, and on developing sustainability and climate action plans to manage risks and drive performance.
Before joining Ansa, Jasmine worked at Manulife Investment Management, where she integrated ESG across the investment value chain, from due diligence to asset management and reporting. She also worked at EcoVadis, rating global clients and their supply chains using standardised ESG methodologies to benchmark and improve sustainability practices.
Jasmine holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Sustainability Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.
